WATER TREATMENT PLANT APPLICATIONS

Pretreatment Filtration-Membranes (MF, UF, NF, RO)

Pretreatment filters reduce TSS or solids in the feed water before the membrane. Pretreatment is required to increase the efficiency and life expectancy of the membrane elements by minimizing fouling, scaling, and degradation of the membrane.

Pretreatment Filtration-GAC & Resin Vessels

Pretreatment filters reduce TSS or solids in the feed water before the GAC and/or resin vessels.

Pretreatment is required to increase the efficiency and life expectancy of the GAC and/or resins by minimizing solids going in the vessel. Thus, allowing the vessel to run longer and less back wash cycles saving water.  

CIP FILTERS

Using (usually) the same type of filter used in Pretreatment. without disassembling the water treatment system. CIP cleans and rinses using a cleaning solution.

Clean-in-place (CIP) is a procedure to clean the interior of membranes of the reverse osmosis (RO) system.

Analyzer Filters

Using (usually) the same type of filter used in Pretreatment. Clean Protect the Analyzers for optimal functionality.
